Return Policy — Millers Records

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items, including:
• Records that arrive warped, cracked, or unplayable
• Items damaged during shipping
• Incorrect items received

Due to the nature of vinyl collecting, we do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Minor cosmetic wear on used records consistent with their grading
• Sound characteristics inherent to vintage pressings

2. Return Window

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item (or of in-store purchase) if you believe it is defective or damaged.

3. How to Request a Return

Please contact us via email with:
1. Your order number or receipt
2. Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
3. A brief description of the problem

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
